Overview: 
The Uniform Fitter is responsible for ensuring uniformed employees receive the correct fit and assisting with uniform orders. This role involves working both in the stationary and mobile Uniform Store, managing email inquiries, maintaining an organized fit center, and fulfilling luggage and Marketplace orders. The Uniform Fitter will also advocate the uniform standards and provide valuable feedback to Uniformed employees to improve the overall appearance of the WestJet uniform.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Fit uniformed employees by evaluating their sizing, assessing uniform fit, and assisting in placing accurate orders to minimize errors (both in the mobile and stationary Uniform Store). 

  • Respond to email inquiries from employees, providing uniform recommendations, addressing concerns, and resolving issues. Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate personnel. 

  • Process uniform marketplace orders for employees needing immediate uniform pieces or wishing to exchange items for different sizes. 

  • Assist with uniform checks for annual and new hire classes. 

  • Manage and organize shipments, notifying employees when their orders are ready for pickup. 

  • Unbox and prepare luggage orders for new hires. 

  • Launder fit line uniforms, inspecting pieces for any required repairs or reorders. 

  • Place uniform orders and investigate missing, lost, or incorrect shipments. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs. 

  • Prior customer service experience. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. 

  • Retail experience is a plus. 

  • Strong empathy and understanding in handling sensitive situations. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required. 

  • Comfortable working flexible shifts, including some early mornings and late evenings. 

  • French language is considered an asset.
