PURPOSE:
Coordinate and provide clerical support for the Process Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate and provide clerical support for Process and other departments
- Input time cards, review and provide Daily Flex Report for accuracy
- Maintain OT reported by all departments (Grafton and Worcester) utilizing Crystal Reports Software.
- Format/Print weekly schedules
- Help Manage Grinder Inventory/Record Keeping
- Manage training checklist and documentation
- Make sure Probationary Evaluation Forms are filled out by supervisors and sent to HR
- Assist in printing paperwork for oncoming shifts
- Assist with PAPR cleaning
- Receiving for Accounts Payable
- Track hourly employees punches and transfers time in ADP Software
- Act as back up for Maintenance Unit Coordinator and Forge Unit Coordinator
- Other duties to support operations as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of clerical or related experience.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Good typing skills required
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in KRONOS software
- Proficient in Syteline
- Must be thoroughly proficient in Excel and Internet use.
- MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
- Manufacturing background a plus
- Requires early morning start and weekends.
