Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l&39;Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d&39;offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d&39;acquérir une expérience
rémunérée et valorisante à l&39;étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.
Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d&39;éligibilité de Business France.
Principaux critères d&39;exigibilité du VIE :
• Être citoyen(ne) de l&39;Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.
• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

La durée d’un VIE est de 6 à 24 mois en fonction du lieu d’affectation.
Un poste sous contrat VIE intitulé Projet RH international est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Helicopters Roumanie à Brasov, en Roumanie. Vous rejoindrez le département Ressources Humaines.
Le rôle consistera à épauler diverses initiatives à travers la région Europe.
Vos challenges:
Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :
40 au sein de l’équipe RH de Roumanie sur des projets locaux pour assurer l’alignement et le change management à travers les différentes divisions du pays
60 en support du développement de la région Europe au travers des processus RH par ex. par l’utilisation des outils informatiques pour assurer la gouvernance et la performance au sein des RH internationales.
Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir 2 à 3 fois par mois en Europe et au besoin à Toulouse où se situe une partie de l’équipe,et de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.
Votre carte d’embarquement :
Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :
Titulaire d’un diplôme en Business/ Management ou RH (ou équivalent)
2 à 3 ans d’expérience en RH ou business de préférence (alternance et stage inclus)
Outils informatiques (Google Suite)
En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

A VIE (M/F) for the HR International & Governance Team within Europe Region has arisen within Airbus Helicopters office in Brasov, Romania. You will join the Human Resources Department.
The role of the person would be to support several initiatives within region Europe.
Your challenges:
Your main tasks will include:
● 40 working with the HR team in Romania on local projects to ensure alignment and change management across the Airbus entities within the country
● 60 supporting the growth of the Europe Region from HR Processes e.g. using IT tools to support performance and governance topics within HR International.
This role will involve some travel for business, once every 2-3 months within the Europe Region and as needed to Toulouse where the rest of the team is based. As such you must be willing to travel accordingly.

You have the following skills and experience:
● Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business / Management or HR studies, or a related discipline.
● 2 to 3 years of experience in HR or business preferred (apprenticeships and internships included)
● IT tools (Google suite)
