Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Join a fast-paced warehouse team supporting a major aviation account, where you will handle high-value aircraft parts, ensure accurate inventory control, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with a strong focus on quality, safety, and precision.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks in a high-volume warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pull and pick aviation and airport parts according to specific part numbers, ensuring correct identification and handling of each item.
- Wrap and package high-value aviation components using appropriate techniques and adhesives to protect parts that may be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately, including verifying quantities, part numbers, and documentation.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and support effective warehouse management.
- Use the RamCo system and other warehouse management systems (such as WMS or SAP) to track inventory, orders, and shipment status.
- Pick, pack, load, and unload materials as needed to support daily warehouse operations.
- Follow established procedures for order picking, packing, and inventory control to support the aviation logistics operation.
- Collaborate with a large team on shift to meet productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices within the warehouse environment.
Essential Skills
- 1–2 years of recent logistics experience within an aviation company.
- Warehouse logistics, strongly preferred within the aviation or aerospace industry.
- Experience with picking, packing, and order pulling in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to perform accurate cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records.
- Experience processing incoming and outgoing shipments in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP or similar systems.
- Ability to use systems such as RamCo to manage inventory and orders.
- Capability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail when handling high-value aviation parts.
- Ability to work effectively on a large team in a fast-paced warehouse.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous aerospace logistics experience, including work with aviation parts and components, is strongly preferred.
- Experience with aviation or aerospace companies such as major aircraft or airline manufacturers is considered ideal.
- General labor experience in a warehouse environment, including picking, packing, and inventory tasks.
- Comfort working with adhesives and protective materials to package sensitive or high-value products.
- Ability to adapt to different shifts and schedules as operational needs change.
- Demonstrated reliability and consistency in prior warehouse or logistics roles.
- Interest in long-term growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding aviation account.

Work Environment
This role is based in a busy warehouse that is mostly non–climate controlled, with a team size of approximately 50–100 people per shift. Multiple shifts are available, including 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., and 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., typically on Sun–Thu or Wed–Sat schedules, with potential Thu–Sun coverage as needed. The environment is fast-paced and centered around aviation logistics, utilizing systems such as RamCo, WMS, and SAP to manage inventory and shipments. The dress code is casual and practical for warehouse work, typically including shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes, suitable for an active role on the warehouse floor.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
