Job Title: Warehouse Worker - $18/hrPosition Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you’ll play a vital role in the operations of our new Amazon AIR facility. This position involves managing the flow of packages and ensuring efficient logistics in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading and Loading: Efficiently unload packages from freight containers and load them into designated areas, ensuring accurate handling of all items.
- Staging and Organization: Stage packages for pickup, ensuring that items are organized and easily accessible for shipping operations.
- Physical Activity: Engage in physical tasks that include lifting unassisted loads of up to 35 lbs, bending, standing, and walking throughout your shift.
- Safety Awareness: Operate within a regulated traffic environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Training Opportunities: Be open to learning and operating a forklift as part of your skill development.

Work Environment:
- Facility Overview: This position is based at our state-of-the-art facility in Swanton, Ohio, strategically located near major airports to enhance the shipping process for Amazon products.
- Team Dynamics: Join a close-knit, rapidly growing team dedicated to operational excellence in a warehouse-style environment.
Shifts Available:
- 3A Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM
- 3B Shift: 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Training and Certifications:
- OSHA/BADGE Classes: Paid training sessions are available. Please bring two forms of ID.
- Mondays: 11:00 AM - Noon (with the option to attend ROC the same day or on Wednesday).
- Wednesdays: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM (followed by ROC training).
- ROC Training: Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM.
Scheduling:
- Employees will work five consecutive days, followed by two days off. As our operations run seven days a week, weekend work is required.
- Days Off: You can choose from combinations of days off (SUN/MON, MON/TUES, TUES/WED, WED/THURS) based on seniority and manager approval. Your selected days off will remain consistent for 90 days, after which a master schedule will be released, allowing for potential adjustments.
- You will receive a 30-day notice for any changes to your schedule.
