Job Description:

1. Ensure airworthiness of the aircraft for the work performed through the WP, sign the Certificate of Release to service and deliver back the aircraft to customers.

2. Participate in the Working Party Preparation with the preparation group (Work scope, Work planning, Resources Doc/Material/Logistic).

3. Allocate tasks to staff according to the competence required.

4. Manage the working party on site.

5. Perform safety assessment at the designated facility.

6. Ensure the day to day management of the W/P and Coordinate with customers on site and review W/P progress.

7. Ensure completion of work within agreed down time and agreed budget.

8. Ensure accurate and concise reporting to all stakeholders.

9. Monitor additional parts / components / tools / consumables and ensure availability.

10. Perform incoming inspection of parts / tools and of the aircraft.

11. Participate in audits from the airworthiness authorities and relevant standards. Attend any quality matters, ie PPS.

12. Complies with EASA/FAR Part 145 airworthiness regulation.

13. Available and flexible to travel for short or long term.

14. Perform necessary training and qualification process to cope with new aircraft types and Airworthiness authorities&39; new regulations.

15. Perform Coaching, Training, Evaluation and Assessment of Team leaders and Mechanics to ensure that the Working Party Team is equipped with the relevant knowledge, skills and abilities to perform all Major repair tasks autonomously.

16. To establish a long term training on the development of AMCS resources in line with the competency grid described in Airbus standard.

17. To collaborate with Senior Mechanics to allocate staff according to the competence required for any Manpower Support needed by other Airbus entities.

18. To manage the working party on site, including multi skill core team workers and subcontractors; from different nationalities/cultures on site, away from home base.

19. Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct. 

20. Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
