We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Painter with at least 3 years of helicopter painting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in applying coatings, finishes, and paint to aircraft surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish while adhering to all safety and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation and paint application on helicopters, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Mask, sand, and clean aircraft surfaces prior to painting.
• Mix and apply primers, paints, and topcoats using spray equipment.
• Ensure that all coatings meet FAA, military, and company standards for durability and appearance.
• Inspect finished surfaces for defects and rework as necessary to meet quality standards.
• Work with other team members to ensure timely completion of painting projects.
• Maintain proper documentation of work completed, including materials used and paint specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while handling hazardous materials and operating equipment.

• Minimum of 3 years of helicopter painting experience in an aviation environment.
• Experience with surface preparation, masking, sanding, and spray painting techniques.
• Knowledge of aerospace coatings, primers, and topcoats.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated areas when required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, first shift (5x8 schedule).
