Key Responsibilities:

• Apply high-quality finishes to aircraft, ensuring a smooth, flawless coat of paint and long-lasting durability.
• Prepare surfaces, clean, sand, and prime areas of the aircraft to ensure proper adhesion.
• Use airless spray guns, brushes, and other tools to apply paint to exterior and interior surfaces of aircraft.
• Inspect finished work for quality, ensuring it meets specifications, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in aircraft painting or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of work.
• Knowledge of aviation coatings, materials, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibility for work quality.
• Must be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to security clearance.
