As an F-16 Instructor Pilot , you will lead simulator training events, develop realistic mission scenarios, and ensure the seamless operation of advanced training equipment. Your expertise will directly support the development of aircrew capabilities in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

• Training Delivery: Conduct simulator RAP, DMO, LSB, and Distributed Live Control tactical mission events.
• Scenario Development: Create realistic, mission-relevant scenarios tailored to operational training objectives.
• Program Management: Maintain utilization logs, monitor aircrew training progress, and provide status updates.
• Equipment Operation: Manage and operate mission training equipment during exercises and events.
• Administrative Support: Perform related administrative duties and provide regular reports to management.

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Flight Experience: Operational flight experience within the last 3 years and a minimum of 1,000 hours in fighter aircraft, including specific F-16 series aircraft experience.
• Instructor Certification: Completion of relevant instructor courses.
• Security Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance required; Top Secret clearance is highly desired.
• Training Expertise: Experience in Live-Virtual-Constructive training is an advantage.
