Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a key role that requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively manage projects.
We are FAA 14 CFR 145, European Union EASA 145 and Mexico AFAC 145 certifications with capabilities to perform maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification services on various aircraft types including: the A319 through the A321, A330, B737 family, B757 family, Embraer, Bombardier, Gulfstream and other multiple types of aircraft.
The ideal applicant must possess a minimum of Four (4) years’ work experience in line maintenance (large airplane e.g., B737, B757, A330, A320, A321 and commuter airplanes e.g. , ATR 42-600, EMB 145/120, CRJ 200), aircraft repairs and troubleshooting and must hold a valid US FAA Airman Certificate with Airframe and Power plant ratings.
The QC Inspector reports to the AQM and has the authority and responsibility for coordinating, accomplishing and supervising all inspection functions.
The QC Inspector is responsible for the required inspection (RII) and for full compliance with all procedures outlined in this system as appropriate to any item being inspected, repaired, or altered by the repair station.
It is the QC Inspector’s responsibility and duty to:
- Ascertain qualifications of all inspection employees prior to work assignment through tests and evaluation of their previous experience.
- Establish, implement, maintain and enforce the standards and system for ensuring that all receiving, preliminary, hidden damage, in-process and final inspections of articles undergoing maintenance, preventive maintenance or alteration are performed in accordance with the applicable maintenance data and the procedures in this manual.
- Assure that all incoming material, including new parts, passes receiving inspection. Also ensures that material safety data sheets for certain materials and chemical products (as designed by the product manufacturers) are available at the repair station, as a ready reference.
- Assure the proper execution of FAA Form 337, when required.
- Ensure that special instructions from air carrier customers are included in the maintenance data issued to technicians and inspectors.
- Provide for continuity of inspection responsibility to assure completion of required inspections when shifting or assignment changes (Turnover Logs).
- Ensure the proper and timely filing of reports to the FAA on serious failures, malfunctions, or defects and to notify the customer of such submissions.
- Ensure that the maintenance data required to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations on the articles under the repair station’s certificate are issued to technicians and inspectors.
- Ensure that work performed on articles under the authority of the repair station is appropriately approved for return to service on the maintenance release.
- Determine whether the requested maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alteration on articles received for work can be accomplished within the applicable maintenance data.
- Ensure personnel have the appropriate knowledge or are properly trained prior to assigning.
- Ensure that inspection tools and equipment, including inspection aids, used to perform inspections are labeled correctly and in proper working order.
