Job Description:
We’re partnered with a top US jet charter and management service to find a Director of Aircraft Management Sales for their growing team. This role will provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing efforts related to managed aircraft in the Midwest and Southeast markets. Our client, a top 15 nationwide jet card operator, will expect the ideal candidate to develop, maintain and implement sales and marketing strategies while monitoring and analyzing activities against goals. This is a remote opportunity, but ideally the candidate lives in the client’s geographic footprint (Midwest/Southeast USA). This opportunity will require ~50% travel.
Job Responsibilities:

- Understand and effectively communicate the company's corporate intelligence, services, values, and processes.
- Create and develop strong relationships with customers and key
- Display professionalism while representing and reflecting the company brand and core
- Develop and implement tactical plans to meet sales targets and objectives in their
- Manage the sales process: prospecting, lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, deal management and account care.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends and provide the company with regional intelligence.
- Manage the relationship with listing and acquisition clients through regular communications and monthly reports.
- Maintain fiscal responsibility and prepare/submit expense reports in a timely
- Lead by example, always demonstrating the company's core values, competencies, and leadership qualities.

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in business aviation
- Experienced in business aircraft sales/acquisitions OR aircraft management services preferred
- Solid understanding of the business aircraft product line
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external clients, high net-worth individuals, C- suite, and all levels across the organization
- Five years managerial experience, preferably in the Aviation industry
- Prior high-end/executive level sales and public contact experience
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management
- Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations
- Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and successful public relations efforts
- Solid negotiating and decision-making skills
- Ability to be persistent persuasively, while demonstrating strong customer service skills
