Honeywellis hiring a Principal Sales Representative to sit in Bentonville,Arkansas OR the greater Little Rock, Arkansas area. The main role of the LeadSales Representative is to support Honeywell FalconConnect customers atDassault, both taking delivery of new aircraft or having new service hardwareinstalled. This individual will also be supporting the Honeywell Forge outsideregional sales team in gaining new business, supporting current business, andadvising customers on FalconConnect services. The support of the OEM needs iscrucial, as well.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take customer calls
  • Answer customer emails
  • Work with outside and Inside Sales, to assist the customer and coordinate activation of services
  • Act as an account focal for the customer taking new delivery of an aircraft
  • Understanding the services, satellites, and hardware to provide technical knowledge of the products and services we offer to customers
  • Account management of OEM
  • Saleforce.com Leads, Opportunities
  • Activation paperwork including Service Request Forms, Contracts, and other forms to assist customer.
  • Knowledge of technical information required to activate and sell Honeywell Forge Services
  • Administration work including updating opportunities, spreadsheets (delivery lists), etc. to assist regional sales managers
  • Occasional travel to support customers and events.
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 7+ years of business aviation connectivity experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Sales experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Technical and Account Management experience
  • Technical sales knowledge
  • OEM sales experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com, Microsoft Office (TEAMS, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Excel
WE VALUE:
  • Technical knowledge to advise customers of services and satcom systems
  • Knowledge of Satcom systems such as the GDR (GoDirect Router), and other avionic hardware
