Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases and handle merchandise returns.
• Prepare and process customer store orders and freight, including inter-store transfers and markdowns.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure accurate inventory preparation.
• Respond to emails and communications from customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED combined with 1+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Key Skills:
  • Ability to pass credit check
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail processes.
  • Ability to maintain stock organization and support inventory management.
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.
