POSITION SUMMARY
Acting in the commercial area of the services and support Business Units, performing activities to open new markets, customer loyalty, strategic and operational marketing, developing relationships with the main key players and market stakeholders, directing the product sales process and services developed, manufactured and supported by Embraer.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Execute all phases involving the internal sales process of Embraer services.
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Execute and control the sale of Embraer Services and Support products and services.
- Understand and work with the Sales Financing area to identify the best financing alternatives to close a deal.
- Monitor the development of the clients negotiation.
- Support the contracts area for the preparation of documents ref. the sale of services.
- Work with Customer Support and other related areas to ensure and increase customer satisfaction.
- Work in partnership with Product Marketing and the Service & Support and Corporate Communication teams to promote the EMBRAER brand.
- Work with Embraers CRM tools and act in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines
- Work in accordance with Embraers compliance guidelines and code of ethics.
- Develop relationships with key contacts, stakeholders and decision makers of portfolio customers
- Develop relationships with the main players in the market (competitor, partners, suppliers and service providers in the market in which it operates
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience:
- Generally 2-5 years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
- Strong experience in management of commercial or corporate aircraft sales activities, preferably acquired in a large aviation/aeronautical industry.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced knowledge of the predominant business language in the region in which he will work.
