- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Must possess the talent required to assist customers and market our products/services in a very professional manner.
- Must be knowledgeable in receiving, generating, distributing, and maintaining customer orders and account information.
What you need to be successful
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service or online/phones sales experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Aviation experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Visual ERP & Microsoft Access/Excel applications.
- Must be knowledgeable of AA products and services.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for duration of shift.
- Must have ability to work behind desk.
- Ability to use computer, to include keyboard, mouse, and software related to job duties.
