Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV 501/Platform Developer I ) and Advanced Systems Administrator with 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud

Job Title:

Senior Lead Software Developer(Salesforce)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex Salesforce application components and integrate software, programs and reusable objects possible residing across Salesforce environments
  • Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in usability testing, research, and data analytics interpretation.
  • Design and build complex integrations with the Salesforce GovCloud
  • Adhere to the development of solutions that are sustainable and grow with the Salesforce platform
  • Create high standard Technical Specifications
  • Knowledge sharing and coaching the CRM team, including jr developers and the business as necessary
  • Participation in executing and improving the CI/CD process for Salesforce
  • Participate in scrum activities as related to your customer’s user stories, grooming, sprint planning with product owners, QA and scrum master.

    Expertise-

  • Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV 501/Platform Developer I and II) (Please provide certification numbers upon application)
  • Certified Advanced Systems Administrator (Please provide certification number upon application)
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds
  • Experience with Experience Cloud / Communities
  • Experience with change sets, force.com IDE and VS Code
  • Proven experience with APEX, Visualforce, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Lightning
  • Strong understanding of ETL tools like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft
  • Strong understanding of APIs, Web Services and Apex callouts
  • Experience with automation tools like Selenium
  • Agile framework

    Additional Expertise-

  • A natural communicator who knows how to translate between business requests and Salesforce technical requirements
  • Works autonomously with limited oversight from the manager
  • Deep understanding of Business domain areas like opportunities, products, cases
  • Keeps informed of new Salesforce functionality and provides recommendations for improvements
  • Enjoys working in an agile team where things move quickly and priorities frequently shift
  • Experience in working in Implementations, Upgrades, Releases and Production support projects

    Adherence to Technical compliance.

    Basic Qualifications:

    BE/Btech/ME/Mtech with 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
