Job Description:

Job Outline

Assist the Sales Team to create and maintain the Customer Records, requests, client complaints etc.

Support and co-ordinate in compiling routine and/or ad-hoc reports on potential and existing clients to ensure that teams functions efficiently.

To independently ensure and supervise efficient filing systems in the Sales Office.

Co-ordinate and support Sales team in the selling and marketing of all products through efficient handling of direct mail and Tele- sales, answering to queries.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

Degree holder

Experience

4 years’ experience in Sales & Travel related field.

Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of people (staff and external customers).

Must have right to live and work in China, company will not provide or assist with obtaining working visa.

Fluently in both oral and written English and Mandarin.

Have right to live and work in China.
