Were seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to join the Prime Air team. You will work closely with spaneting, product, program, supply chain, and BIE/DE to identify areas to drive business improvements.

Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain spaneting and supply chain KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and optimization
- Understands current and future business needs by working closely with stakeholders to recognize upcoming needs and requirements
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation)
- Directly perform ad-hoc analysis to determine the root cause issues of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadership
- Work backwards from our customers - e.g. able to see and explain how customer behaviors show up (or don’t) in the data available
- Work as the internal lead analytics consultant for the Marketing and Supply Chain teams and collaborate on long-term strategy together

Job Requirements:

- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field
- Experience in operations, supply chain, spaneting or logistics
- Experience in customer segmentation and customer behavior analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic spanets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic spanet up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic spanet. Pay is based on a number of factors including spanet location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
