Life Insurance- if you sign up for medical coverage, life insurance of $20,000 is paid by the company Salary Wage Benefit If you enroll in company insurance, the company pays half of the employee’s health insurance cost. Vacation
After your probation period of 120 days and through year 4, 2 weeks (80 hours) of vacation will be accrued.
At year 5 and beyond, 3 weeks (120 hours) of vacation will be accrued.
Holiday Closure
The plant closes between Christmas Eve through the first workday of the New Year.
Employees are paid during the holiday closure which exceeds five working days off. Corporate Holidays Nine paid corporate holidays in addition to the holiday closure.
