Job Description:

Purpose of Position
The Sales Operations team is the hub of knowledge and support for the inside and outside sales teams. The members of this team handle all aspects of the sales cycle from prospect engagement through our phones and website, database management and governance, and proposal and contract generation. This team is very likely always the first point of contact for a prospective NetJets Owner and the constant point of contact for the entire sales team.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Private Aviation Expert: Handle all inbound phone calls and web inquiries. In regard to calls, provide prospective Owners with program and company information, assess the prospects private aviation needs and capture all pertinent contact information in Salesforce. Based on findings, delegate them to the appropriate sales team. In regard to web inquiries, process all inbound leads by searching for possible duplicate records, update applicable contact information, research qualifications through platforms like Wealth Engine, Zoom Info and Google, and delegate to the sales team. Also act as the first point of contact for QS Partners and Executive Jet Management Charter calls, delegating to their appropriate sales teams. Overall, the Sales Operations associate must be a private aviation expert in all Inc. level companies (NetJets US, NetJets Europe, EJM, EJME, QSP).
  • Sales Subject Matter Expert: Must be a subject matter expert in all things relating to NetJets sales including but not limited to financial proposals, program and contract knowledge, and all systems and processes. Act as a non-biased party and make executive decisions within our Salesforce database when it relates to data ownership amongst the sales teams. Assist the sales team with a variety of different requests including researched lead additions, reporting, financial proposals, and product/program questions. Maintain and update all financial tools required to quote/propose products on a monthly basis.
  • Consistent Contributor: Utilize extensive knowledge of the sales department to identify areas of improvement and think through possible solutions. Harness the "why" mentality to question the status quo and uncover more efficient and profitable ways to complete daily tasks. Be a resource for the Salesforce development team when it comes to testing and thinking through ways to improve our CRM platform. Continually work with and contribute to all other areas of the business throughout NetJets. This grows your knowledge base as a sales employee and creates strong relationships with other departments.
  • Foster Growth: Continually grow and maintain your knowledge of the business by staying up to date on the Revenue Policy, Investment Summary, Product Overview Guide, and additional product/process changes made throughout the year by management. Assist with training of new team members and participate in team interviews. Be a resource for your direct team by helping with questions and challenging eachother to continually think outside of the box to learn the business and improve it. Represent NetJets at prospect and Owner events through check-in, greeting and event team support.
