Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is hiring for a General and Operations Manager, Senior with current TOP SECRET clearance for Webster Out Lying Field (WOLF).
This position will manage and support a high level NAWCAD program, with the Senior Operations Manager as point of contact for operations at the site for mission execution. Plan, direct or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. The Operations Manager is responsible for oversight to the company and subcontractor personnel and the successful performance and detailed technical management of the Contractor unit, directly supervising members of the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Ensure close coordination between all site leads and supervisors to minimize impacts on operations to include scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, operations, etc.
- Daily update of personnel trackers and scheduling
- Serves as the Program Manager’s right hand and the senior representative on site.
Requirements
Experience
- Ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience within Navy and other DoD organizations in Systems Engineering Support. Of the 10 years of experience required, at least five (5) of those years must include supervisory experience planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of an organization or team managing SOF C5ISR systems.
Education
- Masters Degree preferred
- Bachelors Degree is accepted with an additional 4 years of experience (bringing the above to at least 14 years of experience)
Desired Requirements
- Formulating procedures, planning, and directing the execution of daily operations, monitoring, strategic initiatives, and user requirements.
- Provide recommendations on the development, operation, evaluation, and support of SOF C5ISR systems.
- Act as primary SOF C5ISR SME on integrated product teams.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70000 to $130000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
